This Privacy Policy explains what personal information ModaVeil collects when you visit modaveil.com or place an order, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. Our store runs on Shopify.

What we collect

  • Contact and delivery details - your name, phone number, email address and delivery address.
  • Order details - the items you order, exchange or cancel, the amount and how you chose to pay. We do not see or store card numbers; card payments, if offered, are handled by the payment provider.
  • Messages - what you write to us on WhatsApp, by email or through our contact form, including any transfer screenshots you send.
  • Account details - if you create an account: your login email and saved addresses.
  • Device and usage information - such as your browser, IP address and the pages you visit, collected through cookies and similar technologies that keep your cart and wishlist working and help us understand how the site is used.

How we use it

  • To process, prepare and deliver your order, and to handle exchanges.
  • To confirm your order and keep you updated about it on WhatsApp - see our WhatsApp Messaging Policy.
  • To answer your questions and provide customer support.
  • To keep the store secure and prevent fraud.
  • To improve our website and products.
  • To measure our advertising and show our ads on Facebook and Instagram to people who may be interested in them.
  • To send you news and offers by email, only if you subscribe. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with the companies that help us run the store, and only as much as they need:

  • Shopify, which hosts our store and processes orders (Shopify's privacy policy).
  • The delivery company that brings your order - your name, phone number and address.
  • WhatsApp (Meta) and our messaging provider, to send you messages about your order.
  • Meta (Facebook and Instagram), through the Meta Pixel and Conversions API, which tell us which ads lead to visits and orders. You can manage your ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram settings (Meta's privacy policy).
  • Payment providers, for any payment made online.
  • Authorities, where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep order information for as long as we need it to deliver your order, handle exchanges and meet our legal and accounting obligations. Messages and other information are kept only as long as they are useful for those purposes.

Your choices and rights

  • You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it.
  • You can stop our WhatsApp messages at any time by replying « إيقاف » or STOP.
  • You can unsubscribe from our emails using the link in any email.
  • You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the cart may not work without them.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
